The Comfort Package, Asian wedding coordination, is perfect if you prefer to plan your wedding but need someone to ensure it runs smoothly on the day. Saheli Events will get involved 4-6 weeks prior to the function date to guarantee a smooth handover and assist you those all important details.
Package Includes:
Initial consultation
A handover meeting 4 - 6 weeks before function day
Producing to scale floor plans
Producing the event itinerary
Providing ongoing consultation and advice
Managing, coordinating and supervising all the existing suppliers
Sourcing any last minute suppliers
Assisting with any last minute planning details
Becoming the venue and supplier point of contact
Overseeing all elements of set up
Ensuring the layout of the room is exactly as planned
Providing a full emergency wedding kit (this includes things from First Aid to safety pins)
