Saheli Events will get involved 6 weeks prior to the function date to create a smooth handover of suppliers, vision and assist you with finalising those last minute details.

- Initial consultation
- A handover meeting 6 weeks before function day
- Producing to scale floor plans
- Producing the event itinerary
- Providing ongoing consultation and advice
- Sourcing any last minute suppliers and assisting with any last minute planning details
- Managing, coordinating and supervising all the existing suppliers
- Becoming the venue and supplier point of contact
- Overseeing all elements of set up on the event day
- Ensuring the layout of the room is exactly as planned
- Providing a full emergency wedding kit (this includes things from First Aid to safety pins)
- On the day coordination (executing the itinerary) with 3 coordinators present on one full event day
