The Luxury Package means your holiday can begin as soon as we get involved.

  • Initial consultation
  • In depth consultation on destinations by researching and reviewing a selection of destinations and resorts
  • Unlimited communication via telephone and email
  • Monthly face to face meetings
  • Site visit to the chosen destination* and venue sourcing
  • Budget planning and management
  • Appropriate supplier sourcing. Including but not limited to:
  • Decorators
  • Caterers
  • Photographers
  • Videographers
  • Florists
  • DJs
  • Cake Artist
  • Hair and Makeup Artist
  • Priest
  • Entertainers
  • Transport
  • Sound and Lighting Production

Please note any UK suppliers that travel to the destination will need flights and accommodation.

  • Assisting with guest accommodation reservations
  • Design and creative input
  • Supplier management and coordination. We would be the main point of contact for all your vendors.
  • RSVP Management (Including dietary requirements)
  • Guest spa and beauty management
  • Hospitality, gift and stationery management
  • Producing to-scale floor plans for each event
  • Creating in depth itineraries for each event
  • On the day coordination for all events to seamlessly execute the itinerary

*Flights, transfers and accommodation during the site visits and actual event are to be covered by the client. For the duration of the wedding, coordinators require to stay in the main hotel or as close to the main hotel as possible. Transfers to the hotel are to be covered by the client if the Saheli Events Team are not staying in the main hotel.
